Founded in 2019, Scholarica® (SCHOLARICA LLC) is registered and based in Dover, Delaware, USA. We hold a registered trademark under
international law.

Our publishing house was created to share and distribute the works of Alex Battler (also known as Oleg Arin) and Valentina Battler—including
books, articles, lectures, and video content.

At Scholarica®, we protect the rights of our authors and ensure their works are published and distributed only through official channels. No
other publishing house or online platform may reproduce or distribute our authors’ books and digital content without our written permission.
We encourage libraries, bookstores, and online platforms interested in cooperation to contact us directly.

We also welcome other authors who want to collaborate with us and bring their work to an international audience.

To make our books accessible worldwide and to protect them from piracy, Scholarica® offers official electronic editions of our authors’ works.
